Texture Pack Authors - READ
If you are a texture pack author and want to support this mod, create a folder "Bedrock+Tex" in your texture pack and put in the files "ObsidianStick.png", "BedrockDrill.png", "HoeBedrock.png", "AxeBedrock.png", "PickaxeBedrock.png", "ShovelBedrock.png", "SwordBedrock.png", "ObsidianShard.png", "ArmorShard.png", "HelmetBedrock.png", "ChestplateBedrock.png", "LeggingsBedrock.png" and "BootsBedrock.png". For the support of the Armor create a new Armor texture in the "armor"-Folder (consisting of the files "bedrock_1.png" and "bedrock_2.png"). We thank you for your support!

Hey everybody! Thanks for stopping by to check out my mod. Our team worked very hard (and surprisingly quick) to get version 1.0 out to you glorious community people as fast as we could! So all in all, from all the members of our team, THANK YOU!
RECIPES
The new items this mod adds to the game are Obsidian Sticks, Bedrock Drills, Obsidian Shards, Armor Shards, a Bedrock Toolset, and a Bedrock Armorset. Here are the recipes for each item
OBSIDIAN STICKS
These sticks are the staple of all items in this mod. They require 2 obsidian to craft 1 obsidian stick.
BEDROCK DRILL
The bedrock drill is used to mine through bedrock. Pretty straight-forward.
BEDROCK TOOLS
Bedrock tools are crafted just like normal tools, except you use obsidian sticks instead. Here is the recipe for a bedrock pickaxe. The bedrock tools have the same mining speed as diamond tools, however the bedrock tools last two times as long as diamond tools. This makes bedrock tools the way to go!
BEDROCK ARMOR
Bedrock armor is not made like typical armor. You will need some more materials to craft it. The first step is to smelt one piece of obsidian. This will give you two obsidian shards.
You will combine one obsidian shard with one diamond to craft one armor shard.
Then you would be able to craft your bedrock armor. It DOES matter where you put the Armor Shard, so please look carefully.
BEDROCK DUNGEONS
Bedrock dungeons are rare structures which consist of Bedrock and Mossy Bedrock. In the center of each, there is a spawner which will spawn one Bedrock Guardian. This bedrock guardian is big, menacing, and dangerous and you will kill him and collect your reward. There is also a chance that the chests inside dungeons will reward you with some awesome diamonds!

BEDROCK POWER SYSTEM (IDEA CONTRIBUTED BY XZYSUS)
This mod also adds a new means of using power. Bedrock Power. These are bedrock equivalents of the redstone items, except they are invincible to water, TNT, and lava.

One redstone + One Bedrock (put anywhere in the Crafting grid) give 2 Bedrock Wire
- Transfers the signal 50 Blocks
- Doesn't interfere with redstone
Bedrock Torch
- Like redstone-torch, but gives a light level like Glowstone
Bedrock Repeater
- Like normal Repeater, just for Bedrock Wire
- Craftable like normal Repeater, but with Bedrock, Bedrock Wire and Bedrock Torches
Bedrock Power Converter
- Used to convert Bedrock Power to redstone signals

- Used to convert Redstone Signals into BedrockPower
Craftable as follows:
- What matters in the crafting recipe for the Converters is if you put Bedrock Wire on top of Redstone Wire (RedstoneConverter) or Redstone Wire on top of Bedrock Wire (BedrockPowerConverter). The torches can be swapped.
- Converters also have a build-in repeater function
Bedrock Dispenser
- Craftable like normal Dispenser, but with Bedrock, BedrockWire and Bedrock Bow
- Can place water, lava and blocks
- Can pick up water and lava if there is an empty bucket in the inventory of the dispenser
- Can mine blocks if the right tool is in the inventory of the dispenser and the dispenser has a free inventory slot to store the block
- Can only be powered by Bedrock Power
Bedrock Sticks
- craftable like normal sticks but with bedrock
Bedrock Bow
- craftable like normal Bow, but with Bedrock Sticks
- doubled durability of normal bow
- double distance and damage with normal Arrows
- triple distance and damage with bedrock Arrows
Bedrock Arrows
- Craftable like normal Arrows but with Bedrock instead of flint and Bedrock Sticks
- always critical
- can only be shot with Bedrock Bow or by Bedrock Dispenser
Behind the Scenes
- All Item- and Block-IDs can be configured (for better Mod Compatibility)
- All Names can be configured
- Auto-Updater can be configured
- .minecraft/config/BedrockPlus.cfg is created the first time you run the game with the mod installed and can then be edited with any text-editor
Auto-Updater
- Can be disabled by setting EnableAutoUpdate to false in the configuration file (is set to true by default)
- Will only install stable versions, if UpdateToAlphaVersions is set to false (is the default)
- New Version will be installed after you restart the game
- Updates are downloaded as soon as you enter a map for the first time after starting the game
WHAT IF I FALL INTO THE VOID?
Well, my good community members, that is an EXCELLENT question! But don't worry, we have you covered! If you fall out of the world you will NOT die. Instead you will be teleported to the nether with all of your precious belongings. If you've already made the dangerous trek to the nether, you may re-enter your portal and come out safe and sound in your base. If not, re-enter your portal and find your way home. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To install this Mod, first install ModLoader like described in it's installation instructions. Then go to your .minecraft folder and place the zip file from the download in the "mods" folder (If the folder doesn't exist, create it). Do not unzip the file!
