This mod adds some portals that are similar to the mod that Manucraft (Its a youtuber) used in his series of dimensions, Note: you cannot transfer the portal block but you can use other mod called SecretRooms that have a GhostBlock for the portals, I'm the first person that make a mod very similar to the series of dimensions (You can search it in youtube) The mod don't have all the portals but i will update the mod for all of you yo have all the portals, enjoy the mod PD:The mod is for the version 1.12.2 (the original mod was for the version 1.7.10) :)
