Brightwell is a small village set on a man made island on the ocean. All buildings are furnished. It contains 3 houses, a church, a police station, windmill, lighthouse, library, bakery, fast food restaurant and market place. It's easily expandable. There is a hot air balloon floating near the village, I used to use its basket as the spawn point since it gives a nice view of the village from there.

This schematic contains a lot of water which will make a big mess if not carefully placed.
It also contains fire so fire spread will need to be disabled.
