Known in italian as the "Palazzo di Grazia e Giustizia", or the Palace of Grace and Justice formally, it is also called Palazzaccio.
This project took about 5 weeks total but there was a 4 month hiatus during completion so it actually took 5 months. All three floors are fully explorable with two additional mezzanines. Find the tiny stairs to get to the top floor, or find one of the four elevators (they are down a tiny hallway!) It looks best with shaders I think.

even with good blueprints 5 working weeks is extremely fast for something of that size & complexity
