Well, unfortunately, that is going to be a "no" for you. The Minecraft: Bedrock Edition itself doesn't support block models in the first place, and if there's a way to (maybe like some sort of add-on or so), I don't know how to do so.

V1.1 has an issue with MoreCulling v0.7.0 and below; it causes faces behind the leaves to disappear, leaving an x-ray effect. If you want to use this add-on with the MoreCulling mod v0.7.0 or below, please expect this issue to happen.

This occurs due to the MoreCulling mod does not account for multi-parted transparent blocks' blockstates, leading to this issue.

All you can do is disable the MoreCulling's leaves culling by setting this option to "Default," or use the other resource packs that use a different modeling method until the new version of the MoreCulling mod is released.
