When i put the texture pack on upon world load the skin just switches to a certain file. A cant swap the file because upon game launch it replaces the file with the original.

note : to use this texture pack , disable your wifi ,download a skin (hd skin works too ) then duplicate them and rename the files to alex.png and steve.png . place the files inside the entity folder in the texture pack.

when you download a skin file , make sure the file size was 64x64 (may be bigger but make sure it is square size) . If not , convert it with this link
