ModernArch contains 3D models, 1024x resolution, PBR textures and more.
ModernArch is a resource pack that makes Minecraft realistic looking, based on modern interiors. In addition to containing high-resolution textures with PBR maps, the resource pack also features custom 3D models of game blocks that can be used in different contexts, such as interior detailing.

The images show 1024x resolution with SEUS PTGI and Bliss shader.

Save it into your minecraft resourcepack folder. You can search on the windows search for %Appdata% go to .minecraft and recourcepacks

This pack is not sold, quite the opposite: some specific resolutions of this pack are exclusive to Patreon supporters. However, the pack can still be obtained for free in 128x128 resolution (https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/modernarch-r-1-16-5-128x128/) with the same amount of content as in higher resolutions. The monetary support is completely optional and serves to finance development.

The Minecraft EULA (found at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula) EXPLICITLY states that, and I quote "Any Mods you create for Minecraft: Java Edition from scratch belong to you (including pre-run Mods and in-memory Mods) and you can do whatever you want with them, as long as you don't sell them for money / try to make money from them and so long as you don’t distribute Modded Versions of the game. Remember that a Mod means something that is your original work and that does not contain a substantial part of our code or content. You only own what you created; you do not own our code or content" End quote. This includes Patreon. Sorry pal, Mojang's word, not mine.

What "Features" is he making paid?
