A 128x realistic 3-D rendering of the blast furnace. A complete 3-D work-over. An open lid, coal chute, blower motor, crucible, and burner system bring extra dimensionality to the blast furnace! It does make the block larger than full-sized but does not interfere with placing other blocks on top of or beside it or alter the hitbox, according to my testing.
OptiFine emissive textures are included! The emissive textures use _e as the suffix and may need to be altered according to your properties. Please see here for details. If you don't run OptiFine, Minecraft will simply ignore the emissive files.
This is the beginning of deep 3-D work blocks. Comments welcome! Is it overdone? Not detailed enough? Let me know your thoughts!

A word of warning: this model contains as many as 115 individual cubes and 9 individual textures. This makes the model a little resource-heavy, especially if used alongside other 3-D models with a lot of cubes and textures. Slower computers may bog down with the extra rendering.

Changed lid to a split lid design in order to prevent some clipping of the model. Added OptiFine emissive molten metal.

There's an issue with the inside of the Blast Furnace showing as an unknown block type - See the image noting the pink/purple texture color inside. Please note this is only visible while the BlastFurnace is in use.
Not sure why I see this as everything else is near perfect. In fact, we use most of your custom packs on our server. And I LOVE them.
If there is a glitch, let me know and if a fix is needed, I will watch for your next update.
