    I agree, for one, it's hard for a resource pack to increase framerate, you might get a slight change in FPS if you used a 1x1 pack, but it won't be noticeable nor worth it. Secondly, even if it did work, it would only affect the title screen and who need more frames on the menu screen?! I'm sceptical of the authenticity of this resource pack
