LOAC: Chapter 11: Lily’s long day Pt.2




This chapter has a part pf Lily’s POV from the moment Daurine went inside with Pupp.




(LILY)

I watched Daurine and Pupp walk inside. It kind of made me upset to see Daurine leave, but I could distract myself with these amazing fantasy creatures in front of me! I already met Pupp, Mink, Monk, Eljari, Elyrantha, Harpina, Milo, and Angelica.

So I only needed to meet the other creatures, and from what I could hear when they were talking to each other, the centaur is called Werm, the half dragon human is called Dragina, the orc is called Jorn, and the half cat human was called Missi. The fantasy creature that was next was Jorn.

The orc wasn’t like the orcs in games or movies, this orc was frikken handsome! Sharp jawline, beautiful white teeth, -although they’re sharp-, beautiful blue eyes and smooth black hair. Smooth skin, and very beautiful abs. Basically the perfect type for a girl! I approached him and smiled.

“What’s your name?” I asked curiously.

“Jorn.” He replied. “Oh- my- goodness! The voice! Beautiful!” I thought while i jumped up and down from excitement.

“Your voice is so pretty!” I exclaimed enthusiastically.

“Oh- o.. oh… t..thank you.. Lily..” He stammered while looking away. I was confused. Why did he look away? I looked at mom, who gestured she didn’t know. (Ruby knew what was going on but Lily didn’t know Ruby knew)

I looked back at him. He looked at me again, with a small smile. I smiled back. But.. what was this feeling in my stomach? It felt as if a lot of butterflies flew there…

“I guess i’ll ask Daurine when she gets back..” I thought. Jorn already walked away, and walked into the mansion and to explore it.

Next was Missi, the human catgirl. She looked at me with a tilted head.

“Come, come here..” I softly said. I opened my arms. She approached me and hugged me while purring. “What’s your name?” I asked.

“Missi, Princess Lily.” She said. I smiled happily and gave her headpats, to which she reacted with by leaning into the touch while purring and wagging her tail. I petted her for a while, and then stopped. Missi smiled and gave me headbumps. She then walked away and laid down somewhere in the grass.

Then, Daurine came walking out again, with her oh-so-beautiful and attractive robot body shining and shimmering in the sun. Time to prepare to ask her what the butterflies meant.




(DAURINE)

On my way outside, I passed Jorn, who was looking around the place. He smiled at me.

“Liking it so far?” I asked. He stuck his thumb up. “Good.” I muttered. I then went outside. I saw Lily, and the few remaining fantasy creatures, and while I walked towards Lily, she ran to me and I kneeled down so she could run into my arms and I lifted her up in the air. I looked at her.

“Aaaand? How’s it been while i was gone?” I asked. She smiled. “Good! I do have one question, Daurine!” She said. I booped her nose with my finger and smiled. “Go ahead, tell me your question!” I said.

“When Jorn talked to me, I had a weird feeling in my stomach, as if a million butterflies were flying around in there, do you know what that means?” I looked surprised, and looked at Ruby, who had a smirk. That smirk confirmed my suspicions. She was in love. With Jorn. I sent Ruby a text message via my system. It read: “Should I tell her?” She saw it, looked at me and nodded. I looked back at Lily.

“You want to know what the butterflies mean?” She nodded enthusiastically.

“They mean love, Lily. You’re in love, you’ve fallen for Jorn, little sister”

She looked at me with a “:O” face and then squealed. “I’m in love???! Yipee!!” She moved around enthusiastically in my arms before freezing.

“What does it even mean?” She asked, and looked at me.

“Love means that you really really really like someone, and that you want to be with them, and maybe marry them.” Lily’s eyes turned wide. “Marry Jorn? But how does that work? What happens then? What happens after that?” I and Ruby chucked. “That’s something for later, darling.” Ruby said, “right now, you might just want to stick to confessing to Jorn. That’s enough stress.”

Lily looked nervous. “But what if he doesn’t like me back? What if.. what if he rejects me like in those teenage romance movies?” She looked at me. Ruby sent me a message to my system, and it stated: “He likes her back.” I smiled. “You never know if you don’t try, and besides, I can come with you!” I said. I smiled at her. “And who knows, maybe he might like you too!”

“Yeah!” Said Ruby. “Just go for it, darling!” She smiled as well. “Alright then..” Lily said, “Let’s go Daurine!” She said. I began walking inside. I walked around a bit, and then saw Jorn looking at some shiny things.

“Jorn? Lily wanted to tell you something.” I said. Jorn turned around and looked at her. “What is it that you want to say, Lily?” He asked. Lily looked nervous. “I… I think that I might have a thing that’s called a crush on you”

“A- a crush?” He began blushing. His green skin turned cherry red. “Uh… I uhh…..” He looked her in the eyes. “I like you too..” was silently admitted.

She then got out of my arms and embraced him. “Arghhhh you are so freaking cute and cute and adorable and handsome!” He smiled and wrapped his arms around her. He looked her in the eyes. “Cutie.” Lily replied with “No, you’re cuter!” He smiled. “Let’s say we’re both equally cute.” She nodded. “I agree! But you do be a little bit cuter!” He chuckled. “Okay then..”

“You two are so cute together… you two definitely are meant for each other…”

I said. Lily and Jorn blushed. They then chuckled. In sync. “See? That’s why! You two are absolutely adorable! Oh- oh. Jorn. Come here for a moment.”

Jorn reluctantly let go of Lily and approached me. I then whispered into his ear. “I’m gonna need you to protect her if i am gone. Okay?” He nodded, and whispered back. “I will. Don’t worry.”

“Good.” I whispered. “Now go continue being a cute little lovebird.” I smiled and gently nudged him towards Lily. He went back to doing lovebird activities with Lily. Lily grabbed her hand and led him to her room, where I could hear them giggling and having a tea party together. I smiled from the cuteness and wholesomeness of it. Ruby appeared in the hallway.

“And?” She asked. “They’re a couple now.. they’re having a tea party together. It’s better not to disturb them.”

I smiled.

“Aww, that’s so cute!” Ruby said. “I won’t disturb them. But I will disturb you, if you don’t mind.”

“I don’t mind.” Was my straightforward response.”

“Good,” Ruby said, and then her expression turned from cheerful into serious. “I am scared that whoever wants Lily will attack us soon. I just have this gut feeling that Lily will be in danger.”

She paused while I nodded.

“Daurine, I want you to stay with her 24/7. All day long. When I am with her, you will be able to recharge. Because with 24/7, I mean all day AND night.”

I nodded. “I can recharge while keeping an eye on her. Recharging will be 24% slower, but that doesn’t matter. I will keep my movement detection system and my warmth detection system on alert while recharging, so that I look asleep, but actually am not, while still recharging.”

I smiled. “It’s a win-win situation.”

Ruby looked relieved. “Good. Now, I hate to say it, but you gotta interfere with the tea party. You’ll have to be there, watching over her.”

I nodded, again. “I’ll go.” I then went upstairs, and opened the door to Lily’s room. “I guess it’s good that we sleep in the same room..” I muttered while looking around for her. She was gone. I panicked and looked around with my heat vision. She was in the closet with Jorn. And she was doing something I didn’t expect her to do so soon. Kiss. She was actively making out with Jorn.

Me being me, I didn’t want to disturb them, so I didn’t. I stood in a corner and simply waited. After twenty minutes, they came out. When Lily saw me, she froze and blushed. Jorn looked confused at Lily. I spoke up.

“Lily knows that I know what you two did.” I said.

“O-oh-“ He stammered and began blushing as well. I chuckled. “Get used to it.. and used to me being with her 24/7.”

He nodded. “I’ll get used to it…” he smiled and looked at Lily again, who also nodded. “Me too.” She said. I smiled. “Good.”

I then went to stand in a corner of the room, and simply watch them. They closed and locked the door, and continued their kissing session. After they grew tired of that, they hopped on Lily’s bed and began watching TV, with a TV that’s been purposely hung on the wall for Lily to watch TV on.

They watched movies for hours. Jorn, who had never seen a movie, nor did he see a TV, just went along and watched whatever Lily was watching. At one point, they were cutely tucked in together, and I went to get them one big bowl filled with chips and other snacks for them to enjoy the rest of the day. They gladly took the bowl, and put it in between of themselves. They continued to watch movies, while eating from the chips and snacks in the bowl. Eventually, Lily fell asleep, and Jorn, who had next to no experience with remote controls, began experimenting with the buttons, eventually finding the power off button. He also closed his eyes, and fell asleep. I sent Ruby a text via my system.

“Mom, you have got to see this, they’re so adorable together!” I send. Ruby saw the message, and headed over to the room, and silently unlocked and opened the door and peeked inside. Her expression turned from curious to a “awww so adorable” expression. A loving gaze. She snapped a picture and then left the room. I heard stumbling from her room, and after a while nothing.

Then, I also went to bed. I laid down on my bed, and closed my eyes, but keeping my system on standby, and having my heat detection and movement detection systems running.

And boy was I lucky I did. Because in the dead of night, my movement detection system picked up movement. I immediately awoke, but didn’t move. I used my movement detection system to see that someone opened the window, as well as the door to the room. They both snuck up on Lily. At that moment, I opened my eyes, who shined in the darkness, emitting a small light over the room, which alerted them. I stood up and got my Cyborium swords out, and intended to stab them, but one of them pulled out a strange device as I stabbed the other guy in his chest, through his heart. The other man activated the device, which froze me and have me go on slumber mode. I collapsed to the ground, my system running on the background. The world went black.
