The palette tool in PMCSkin3D, is an easy way to get to the colors you need faster, and ensure you're using the right colors.
First you'll want to download the current week's SSPBL skin file, for this example we'll use this palette:
64x64 skin template download
Then we'll open PMCSkin3D. If you've never used the palette tool, it should like this:
To make a new palette, click in the top right corner, and select 'Create new palette....':
You'll have a new blank palette to work with:
Next click again in the top right corner, but this time select 'Import palette....':
Find the current week's SSPBL skin file you downloaded at the beginning, and open it.
Your new palette will now have the colors you need for the week's challenge:

2. Click more actions icon on palette
3. Select "Share palette..."
