With this datapack you can place items in mailbox. It has 5 slots like hopper.

I got the mailbox itself from crafting but it doesn't do anything, it just acts like a player head, I'm playing on 1.20.4
Also, will you ever add the feature of sending mail to other mailboxes like delivery?

It doesn't work on MC 1.20.4, neither the recipe nor the box doesn't open, I took the box using commands and placed it but it doesn't open

Are you getting the same error as the one you mention in the Hanging Signs datapack?

No, I don't get any errors, it installed perfectly, it just doesn't work I try to generate the cassette via recipe and nothing happens, I put a hopper and an iron ingot as in the guide, unless it's silver? In the guide you don't specify what ingot it is.

It is working well. I guess you are using advancement or recipe unlocker packs that are causing the mailbox recipe to break. Disable them and run this command: "/function ketket mailbox:givebox".

Perhaps you can use the "recipe_crafted" criteria for newer versions like 1.20+. As missing with the recipes won't break with it.

I'm on a 1.20.1 vanilla server.



Whenever I place a mailbox and log out of the server, all the items in it turn into paper, and every item I place into it comes out as paper.

Interesting. If u not using any of type item cleaner, lag cleaner etc. It works correctly on a vanilla.
