Downloading skins

Hi there
when I try to download skins from PMC it just opens the same pang on a different tab all I want to the pdf but I can’t get it I’ve tried to sign in but the same issue comes up
please tell me what to do

Are you talking about player skins or mob skins?
For Player Skins, it shouldn't matter where or not one is logged in as the file (a png not a pdf) downloads in either case.
For Mob Skins, the skin itself (again a png file) is accessible whether or not one is logged in, but the 'mob skin pack' only works if logged-in [If not, the download window comes up and can be worked with, but nothing happens when clicking the "DOWNLOAD MINI MOB PACK!" button.]
