"Hat Box" contains 18 New Cosmetic Hats! 
These hats come in a normal form, and a RARE "Unusual" form (15% chance)!
The Unusual Hats have unique particle styles and particle types combining for around 30 variations!!
The hats also have different stats and boosts and provide armor like existing cosmetics
A collectors dream (or nightmare?) - try your luck at getting these rare fancy hats!
