For my server I created a banner, it was 512 by something, and it was a gif of about 55 pages, and the file was small, and I uploaded it. Once I realized that it was a smaller banner, I changed the size of it in Photoshop, and then the file became HUGE! I couldn't save for Web and Devices! I was just wondering how you make the gif file smaller, because I have always had this problem. Thanks!
