to give some info on how it works, this is an elemental themed contest with limited colors and themes. the deadline is the end of may, and judging will finish shortly after!

• only up to 3 entries per person!
• no duplicate entries! if you edit a skin, let me know in the replies and i'll fix it for you, but do not post it as a new entry twice!
• only player skins are allowed in this contest.
• reshading a previous skin is not accepted; only newly made work!
• your entry will be disqualified if it does not follow both terms: A. it must have some sort of element related theme to it! B. it must be mostly/completely based around one of the color palettes!
• do not add a new element, such as ice, air, etc. it must stick to light, dark, fire, earth, and water!
• have fun!

aha yes can i use darker shades of purple or no? (my element is darkness and light purple ain't dark)
you can make it a little bit darker, yes, but not too drastic. it's meant to be a bit challenging!

yup! you can only make up to 3 separate skins, but you can add multiple of the color palettes to one entry.

how do upload one of the paletes into the skin editor?
oh, here you go! (sorry if the name of it is broken..)

1. copy the image address! you can do that by right clicking any of the palettes listed.
2. once you're done, go to any site that lets you pick hex codes from an image, and paste the address/url into it. i use this site but if you're wary you can search for one that sounds safer to you!
3. the palette should show up, and all you have to do is click on the shade that you want and it'll pop up with a six letter/number code!
4. copy it to your clipboard, and as long as you have a place in your skin editor to paste it into, you should now have the required color ready to use! (if you do not have any input to put the code into, try finding another skin editor that does, download the skin there with the new color in it, then return to your local skin maker to finish the rest!)

haha maybe I will try this event! I haven't made many skins before so it will be fun lol. I think I will take a go at doing a earth or light themed skin with the purple pallete. And also, I am new to this site so If I am slow, or I don't do something properly I apologize. Thanks :)
