I had/have the same problem a few years ago. But since they have a contact email address ((Link removed)) on their site I wrote them the following:

This seems to have worked because now they link to my site. I don't know if they would remove the content if you want that. But hey if they link to planet minecraft or your private page you still get the traffic and the right download link.

They stole one of my resource packs as well!
