This is a historic coal fired power plant. It is loosely based off Chester Station in Philadelphia. This project has a complete interior so feel free to explore.
I built this using WoK Flows 1.14, I have included the texture pack with the download zip. If you use the texture pack Minecraft will say it is outdated but it does not really matter. The build also does not look completely horrible in the default texture pack but it does look best with Wok Flows 1.14
