Built in 1987, this strip mall was one of many in the sprouting suburb of Rio Pueblo, 6km to the east of Greenfield. Some privately and family-owned businesses are found here, like Suzuki's Laundromat, Tokugawa Shogunate Sushi, Schezuan Dragon Restaurant, and Epic Cuts hairdresser. They're mixed in with larger chain locations like a Dominoof's Pizza, a branch of CTN Bank, Wallgrief's Pharmacy, and Cantel Wireless. One spot, fortuned with terrible luck, has been rented and abandoned 3 times over the 33 years of its existence. No one knows what happened to the owners of those shops, but they were never to be heard from again. It's currently real estate manager Sally Palmer's cheapest for-rent lot.
