Rampage Flyborn - Captain of the Skies

Rampage Flyborn was born on the cloudship Neptune VI and has never set foot on the ground. The sky is all he knows and the ground is nothing but a passing question in his mind. Once grown up and fully qualified through Neptune Piloting Academy with top marks he began his life and journey to the top of the ships ranks as Captain and through well fought battles won against the many sky pirates, he was eventually crowned Captain of the Skys.

It's not plain imo the colors hav been hie shifted sufficently to give the shading I wanted. Everyone shades differently such as yourself, personally I am not a fan of the way you have shaded your skins, it looks as though you simply used the dodge/burn tool to shade some of your skins, the fin from adventure time skin especially looks way too dark in its shading making it very unrealistic in its shading

Im trying to improve my colors, hue shifting, and shading as well i have to agree that my fin was bad yes although sadly my computer broke down and i havent been able to post for a while hehe

What you need to think of is where the shadows need to go and not go too dark, especially with whites and whitish colors, that can only make them turn way too dark and unrealistic, I learnt that the hard way when I tried my first time to shade skins, I had many attempts that have never been uploaded because they was terrible, with practice you will improve.
