Geyser Players Cannot Vote

It seems like players on bedrock on our server do not get their vote rewards when they vote on planet Minecraft.

Is there an update on this? My users with . before can't vote but the Java player works.

Hey there.

I've heard this from another member but wasn't able to get any better info about this; we allow usernames with special characters to go through to Votifier. Can you dig out the Votifier log and ensure that the name is still reaching your server intact?

From looking at our logs, nothing gets sent to console when they vote on just the PMC link, every other one works.

So it's not specifically Geyser, it's just any player at all? Are you sure the Votifier info is still up to date? A lot of people just hit Test and then leave the browser, not realizing they have to Save the submission to commit the changes.

No, it is specifically geyser players. Java player's votes go through and work just fine.
