Okay, you're just asking for the commands to load/paste the schematic, correct? If that's the case, here are the commands you'll need:

//schematic list -- Lists all available schematics.

//schematic load [Format] [Schematic name] -- Loads the schematic to the clipboard.*

//paste [-a] -- Pastes the clipboard. If you paste with -a, air blocks are being ignored.

*Format should be schematic, though you shouldn't need to specify the format if you're using the SMP version. Though I only play with the SPC version, which is slightly different.
