this is the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), a military car used by the United States military that most people just call Humvee.
Humvees come in many different variations as the vehicle itself is merely a weapons or logistics platform.

I already made a fair share of semi trucks, you are free to choose whichever you like best as the tractor. For the trailer, I feel like logging trailers are so simple you can make one yourself. It's basically a long boom with wheels underneath it and spikes on the side of it. Something like this:
