They all exist (or have existed) in real life New York. The first block is located behind the famous Flatiron Building and can be seen on google street view. The three higher buildings are the One Broadway / Washington Building as it looked before the 1920s and the two buildings behind are the still standing buildings behind the current One Broadway.
