Hey guys, and welcome to my first blog post on PMC!

So recently, I was playing on a faction server I found not long ago, and I was walking around with decked-out diamond gear. Then I saw a Zombie coming to attack me, so, you know, I got my sword out to kill it. 

Then everything froze.

In 20 seconds, it unfroze, and I was dead. And that's when I quit that server. So today, I'm gonna go through a lot of the problems with servers. Enjoy! :D

1. LAGGGGG
This is the most common problem with servers in my opinion. You might be a expert PvPer, but you could get slain by a noob easily if it's a laggy-as-hell server. (Or a baby zombie.) So please, if you own a server and the players complain about lag, invest in more RAM.

2.Destroyed faction world
In big faction servers, the world will usually have already been completely obliterated, so starting out will be absolute hell, and eventually the server will probably die out. So if your faction server is resourceless, I would think about a world reset.

3.Bad staff
If your server's staff is abusive of their perks, you need to fire him/her right away, or players will start to leave. Everyone wants to be staff, but not everyone's fit for it.

4.Hackers
Hackers make games unfair. I've seen many servers which hackers have been reported with solid proof, yet the owner didn't do sh!t. If there are hackers on your server, you need to treat them like a virus you need to wipe out.
