30's Mobster Skin Battle

Me and Commander_x202x decided that we wanted to have our own little skin contest. He and me are both going to work from the same reference photo and come up with 2 different original skins. We will both post links to our skins below in the comments once we're done with our skins. The contest will be ending the Tuesday after Labor Day. The winner will be decided with whoever has the most diamonds on their skin, so be sure to Diamond one of our skins! Here's the reference photo.
