March 16-Getting My Badge:
After a long and boring day of school, I finally had made it home. Just in time to get dressed and ready for Shuto-Con! It being my first con, I didn't know what I should have expected when I entered. The line to get my badge wasn't long considering I came in at around 4:30pm.
March 16th-Stuff That Happened Before The Masquerade Dinner:
Once I got my 3-Day and Masquerade badge, I could go literally anywhere that didn't require a VIP pass. So, I headed to the Artist/Dealers portion (the place where you could buy stuff), and bought some awesome stuff (I will put a list of what I got at the end). Then, I got hungry, so I got some delicious Pizza, Fries, and Root Beer. After that, I went to one of the game rooms and played Skyrim for the first time!
March 16th-Masquerade and Rave:
When my sister, her group, and I got our table, my phone broke. Trust me. I don't how, but the screen got disconnected. Anyway, so I ate a few rolls because I wasn't hungry (stupid Pizza). After everyone was served, a band went on the stage and played the Observatory music from Super Mario Galaxy. I didn't want to dance, so I played Mortal Kombat in one of the game rooms. And about 2 hours later, the rave began. And I arrived back at my house around 1:30am.
March 17th-Autographs and Homestuck Meet/Photo Shoot:
My favorite part of Shuto-Con was the Homestuck meet! Everyone was really nice and welcoming. But I wasn't able to be there right away because I was getting Richard Epcar and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn's autograph. But I did make it in time for the photo shoot.
March 18th-Homestuck Hang-Out and Homestuck Panel:
When I arrived for the final day of Shuto-Con, I immediately saw some people cosplaying Homestuck. We gathered a group and played spin the bucket! After like, 2 hours, we entered the room for the Let Us Tell You About Homestuck panel. After that, the group met outside and hung out!
Stuff I Bought:
1. A crap ton of magazines
2. Some bead art thingies
3. A few drawings
4. A Japanese Chimchar key chain
5. Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition (FOR ONLY $10!)
6. A crap ton of buttons (including a Slenderman button)
7. A Silent Hill wallet
8. River Songs sonic screwdriver
That's all!
Edit: Sorry, the Dirk and Lil' Cal pic was the only pic that would work. :(
