Mojang made beds explode cuz they tried not to define logic (they have done that many times) cuz there is no day night cycle in da nether nor da end,turns out we use the effects as a weapon against mobs,so Mojang decided to let pepo sleep in the nether and da end,but they mistakenly made the effects not work on villagers rather than the players.
