I have a couple of topics today, starting with:
AGE DISCRIMINATION!
Age Discrimination isn't cool, its someone belittling other people because of their age, not letting them partake in certain build projects ETC
Most of the time, its just because people think that people are immature if they are young. But I've seen mature 12 year old's, and immature 15 year old's :/
So if you have a build project, and only allow people that are 15 or 18 (or anything else) why do you do it? is it because of maturity? than you should have a test, not an age filter.
Its also very hurtful, take this Fictional story as a reminder:
"Joe was booting up his laptop to view his PMC account, when he had opened his forum posts, he saw that there was a reply on his introduction. Joe was 11, but rather mature for his age. What the reply was read: YOU BABY! YOU STILL SO YOUNG YOU STILL RELY ON YOU MAMMA TO WIPE YOU BEHIND! YOU TOO YOUNG TO BE ON PMC, GO GET A DIAPER CHANGE N00B!!!!!!! Joe was very sad, he replied to it and said: Dude, get a life"
So please remember that Age Discrimination is hurtful!
EXPERIENCE POINTS MIS-USING!
Experience Points (shortened to XP) are something that you get from your posts, not from Subscriptions/Forum Posts ETC. Some people think that if you reach a certain level (which you get from XP) you can do whatever you want, or that you become a moderator. COMPLETELY UTTERLY WRONG!!! - I couldn't think of a better way to express myself.
People, like Disco_, F3rullo14, and others, are very high levels, but not moderators, and they don't act how they want. They got their levels from following the rules, and posting high-quality stuff.

im almost 12 (i have my birthday this week) and its so anooying how people think im too young or something. i was talking with someone on mineplex and he said only 14+ years old people can play on servers. like, the heck, im to young for servers? so. stupid.
I am 11 years old and I am way more mature than this one guy on a server that I was on. (I will not mention his/her username here).
I was just having a pleasant time building, and this guy comes up and says: "Dude, you're, like, totally doing it wrong, you're acting like an immature 6 year old girl." I am actually a boy.... "I am 16. That's ten years older than you."
I replied this way: "Dude, It doesn't matter how old I am, only that I am more mature than you."
Then he said: "$#@%$!#@$ your %#@$#@ off!"
Immature16yearold was banned for swearing.
Many times I have not been allowed to help on build days and things like that, because of my age. I take an application, fill it out, and then I get this reply. "I'm [not very] sorry, but you weren't what we are looking for. You might consider growing up a bit before you do another application. Just an idea, have a good day!"
