What is Anger?
What exactly is anger? Anger is when you get very mad for a reason. For example, you could get angry because you feel you got an unfair punishment at school or work. Now, there is no problem with being angry. The problem is loosing control and possibly getting yourself into worse trouble than you are already in.
How do you deal with anger?
There are many different ways to deal with anger. For some people, working out or going on a walk/run helps clear their minds. For others, taking a deep breath and counting to . But, even if you get your anger under control if you've lost it, there is no telling what the consequences would be for if you lost control in front of a teacher, boss, parent, etc.
Why do people get angry?
There are many reasons you may get angry. Some are under the question of what is angry, but there are others, such as disagreements, people who talk badly about you, getting fired from work, or getting a bad grade in school are all reasons to get upset/angry. But, control your anger and don't blow your top.
What's the big deal of loosing control of myself when I'm angry?
What is the big deal? You could get in trouble. You could get in a fight. But, that's not the main concern. The main concern is that you do NOT think clearly when you're angry. You think that getting angry is EVERYONE's fault but yours. But, whose fault is it for getting angry? It's not the instigator, or the person you got in a fight with. It's yours. See, you have a choose. You can get angry and loose your temper, or you can control your feelings and keep things from getting worse than they already are.
