Have you looked over millions of minecraft notes?
Heres one: Arrow Note.
You need:
Arrows,
6 Redstone,
1 Redstone Source,
3 Redstone reapeters,
1 Bow,
1 Lever,
1 Redstone torch,
5 blocks.

First you do is a redstone source like this for ex: (Have the redstone source on while you do this.)
After That, take redstone (2) in fronty of the redstone torch like this:
Then Take a redstone reapeter in front of the last redstone like this:
Then Take a bow with arrows and shout the reapeter but first you do
4 blocks up next to the reapeter like this:
You stand on the last block and then shout the reapeter with the bow like this:
And after that you can delete the blocks.
Done! :O
And if you shout more arrows on the reapeter then it comes more notes!
And if you want to make more arrow notes just take one or two redstone next to the last redstone
you placed and put some reapeters...
And you can do a arrow stand of this thing!
Questions:
Q: I cant take up the arrows! :O
A: You cannot take up the arrows when the redstone is on!
Q: What updates work this thing?
A: It works on 1.8 to 1.2.5 and below that! :O
