So, on this first day of the server, I joined and found Parrot and Chaos already online with stone stuff. I quickly got stone tools and hit a baby wolf, nearly died, and then joined Chaos in his little cliffside base camp of sorts. I fought an Enderman while hiding in a cave, and also accidentally killed Parrot because of a misclick. I ate two of his three cod, but gave the rest of his stuff back. Then, I took the picture above, and ran around. I died several times, but I can’t remember exactly how because I just read 3 chapters of The Giver for English class and that book is- nevermind, I’m getting off-track.

So, Chaos left and it was just me and Parrot. I made some mushroom stew, gave him a bowl of it, and went exploring while he built a base. I found sheep, and waited all day for him to come because he needed them for a bed. However, it soon became night again and I died to a zombie after losing one sheep in the woods and nearly getting blown up by a creeper. Luckily, since our base was near spawn, I was able to get Parrot to follow me to the sheep, but it had despawned. Luckily, I came back later (and Parrot gave me shears) and two more had spawned in, as had a skeleton. Unfortunately, the skelly was behind me and I got shot in the back and pushed into the creeper crater. I sheared the sheep quickly and ran back home as fast as I could. I broke a log, made planks, and then crafted a bed and placed it down in our underground base.

We set our spawn points, and then talked about making a farm. I already had a wooden hoe, and Parrot almost had enough iron for a bucket to collect some water (we were within walking distance of the shore). After playing some more, Parrot got a dog which nearly killed me because of another misclick, but he made them sit down. After a few more minutes I left, and during my break after reading chapter 14 of The Giver, I turned off the server.

Later.
Later that day, around 11 PM (ET), I turned on the server again and joining me were OneEyedFreak and OrderOfChaos. We mostly did our own stuff. Chaos continued life from his camp on the cliff, Freak was building their own base, and I was working on surviving and maintaining me and Parrot’s base (which he had decorate while I read chapter 14). I tamed 3 pet wolves and made myself a personal room. I also made a small little cabin above ground out of spruce planks to neaten the entrance. I planted more seeds on the farm (which Parrot had also made in the time while I read chapter 14) over the course of the gameplay session, and whenever it got dark, two of us left while one stayed online to sleep in the one bed we had in the server, that way we could skip night. The first time it was Chaos, the second time me, and the third Chaos. We didn’t do it every night.

Then, Freak said they’d found a lush cave. As soon as I asked them where they were, they died to a zombie and I laughed. However, it did mean Freak was able to lead me down to the cave, where I began harvesting the moss and stuff. I died a few times, as did Freak, who just explored, but was able to get a substantial amount of stuff from the cave. When we first went down together, a big slime killed Freak, and they were saying they were going to “end that slime’s career” and eat him and his family, or something like that. Thanks to some iron veins from the cave, I was able to get every iron armor piece, save for the helmet.


Chaos had to leave, but me and Freak continued to play. I really just ran around at night with an empty inventory (I left the stuff in a chest should I die) and explored different parts of the world. I didn’t get far before a mob killed me, though. Eventually, I went across the seas. I put everything in my chest, hopped in a boat I had made earlier, and sailed away. Not far from the shore, I noticed a shipwreck and swam down to loot it. I gathered all the emeralds, iron, and gold nuggets in the chest before I began drowning, and then I got in the boat and was killed by a Drowned, which was invisible because of my texture pack, which had been glitching out lately. The Drowned killed me once, I swam back to the wreck and got the stuff, which was in the boat cabin near the chest, and the Drowned snuck up on me, I swam back again and got the stuff, died, and swam back a fourth time and was able to escape with the stuff I dropped unscathed. I deposited it, Freak gave me a piece of mutton from the sheep they found, and after a few more minutes, I left and shut off the server for the day.
