So I have come up with another quick story...just not that quick I guess, as you can see from the title, it is about discovering the Aether, I just thought of this when it was a snowy day outside...lol, not rainy xD (Note, if any of this is spelled wrong, that's because they removed spell check :( )

Chapter 1 - The Trip

As I awake, I can hear my mom cooking breakfast. "Eggs again?" I groan, weary, and still trying to get out of bed.My mother usually wakes me up this way, by cooking something. She knows I love food. "No honey, it's bacon actually." Bacon? I like bacon. I get up, still not wanting to, but my mind focuses on the good thing. Bacon. That's enough motivation to get me out of bed. As I sit down at the table, I notice that my dad is not there. "Where is dad?" I ask, clueless of where he could be. As if on que, he walks through the door with his pickaxe ready, but he has another one with him. "Ugh, Dad, not again, you know I don't like mining on the weekends!" I really do hate mining, when I could be outside playing with Jack, Sam, and Bob, my best friends. "This isn't just a regular trip, I made reservations to go the capital city mine of Village Town!" Village town, really? Am I the ONLY one in the world who thinks that's not a great name for the capital city of a country? Well, hopefully of the planet, Minecraft War II is going on right now, apparently the creepers hate Steves, so some defenseless Steves are being sent to these "Blowing Camps" and getting either blown up, or being held as slaves. (You can see I got that from WW II :P) Anyways, I just hope that the Villagers win this, it could a HUGE victory if we actually get on to the beaches of Youtuber bay, that will mean that we can push up, and invade Creepia, more importantly, the capital city of Creep. "Do I HAVE to go?" I ask, It is kind of dangerous, there's a bunch of cliffs that you can fall on, and the chance of the cave ceiling collapsing on you're head... "Yes, I am sorry, but you must go, we named you Steve for a reason." I hate when he says that... "Yes, but...I...I...Ok...But Steve doesn't just mine, he does other stuff to, like play with his friends, and kill mobs, and, and.-" My father likes to interupt a lot... "I know, but regardless, he DOES mine"

Chapter 2 - The Diamonds

We have been mining FOR EVER, I feel like I have not gotten a break for 30 hours...But my dad insists on making this trip count. I keep saying "Dad, everyone goes down here, there's almost no ore!" But he just seems to ignore me. I think I see something, and ask dad if I can go explore a bit ahead, he says "Ok, I will just be here mining this iron" The sight of the ore gets lighter, I still have no idea what it is. As I get closer I can see a blue glow to it, and immediately I think, DIAMONDS. I start to mine, it's a HUGE cluster of diamonds, I didn't even think there could be this many is a certain place! So far I have 17, and I can still see more! But as I get closer I start to think...Wait, this could be a trap. What if when I mine all of these I die somehow? No. I will be careful, I will NOT die to a bunch of stone. I will get at least 30 diamonds, then I will go. As I get close to 30 diamonds, I hear the ground beneath me start to shake. No...I start to run with what diamonds I have, but the ground is still shaking even over here. My dad starts to run as well, I guess he doesn't really care about me that much...The ground behind me starts to crack, and the ground where the diamonds were is now breaking and falling. I had a feeling that it was all a trap. As I get closer and closer to the exit, so do the cracks in the ground. I can't fall I can't fall! I shouldn't have said that...Just as I reach the exit, the ground falls beneath me, I try to grab my dads hand but can't reach, I just keep falling...and falling...and falling...and falling. This seems like a never ending pit. There's probably just a bunch of lava or stone at the bottom. Goodbye life.

Chapter 3 - The Aether

Still falling. What has it been? About 89 hours or something? Too bad I left my watch at home. I start to see something at the bottom, again, it looks blue and I say "Diamonds...this time its not good, they will make my fall kill me..." But as I get closer I can start to see something on top of them, something with a much darker blue tint to them. "WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I scream, I mean, yay! (in real life, that would still kill you, but this is minecraft, so don't say "YOU WOULD STILL DIE IDIOT!!") As I fall in, I feel a huge sense of relief. I start to wash off all the dirt on my face. While doing so, I see something glowing light blue in the distance. It's not diamonds...that's for sure, it look's like something else... I get on to some stone that's outside of the water, and I start walking towards the thing. It gets lighter as I move closer. When I finally see it, it looks all swirly and weird, and its lighter blue than diamonds. It's in cased in glow stone for some reason... I touch it, and I see my hand start to dissolve, but I feel like I can still move it. I stick my head in, and I see a bunch of floating islands, and much to my surprise, there's a bunch of mobs that look friendly. The rest of my body emerges into the portal and I can now see the whole thing. The island I am on has a few trees, and a couple of plants that look like lily pads. I approach one of them careful not to fall off the edge of this island. Jeb only knows what would happen if I did. It shoots a dart at me, and I fell poison pierce my body, and my vision starts to blur, everything looks so weird...I look at one of my hands and I can see two of them...

Chapter 4 - The Ground

The poisin starts to sink in, and I feel as if something had started stabbing me in the stomach and never stopped stabbing me. I reach for my sword, but it's a few blocks behind me...at least it looks like it is...Well..I mean...I can't see...My vision starts to black out...When I wake up, I am in a house. I open my eyes, and I see a person standing there. "Wh-who are you?" I blurt out, still half asleep. "I am Steve-" I feel a suddon burst of energy "You're Steve?? Like THE Steve? I was named after you!" Steve looks un-easy at my response "I am really THAT famous?" I guess he's been up here for a while... "Yea, but how did you get up here? Or...down here?" I mean..I fell DOWN but went up? This doesn't make sense... "Same way you get here, the diamond trap. You see, I was looking for the stronghold, to beat the enderdragon. I came accross a huge patch of diamonds and I though 'Well...this might help me on my journy to defeating the enderdragon!' So I ran up to them and started mining. At first it was just that sound of a picaxe grinding into ore, but as minutes passed, I started to here a louder cracking sound. And a little while later, I could feel the ground shaking. and I started to back up but I wasn't fast enough, and I fell through." I want to tell him my story, but it was to similar and he might not like it. "So...What are we supposed to do?" "Well, I have been working on bridges to the islands, but looks like I don't need that, since you're portal is still up. When I got here, I was thrown into the portal by something...it had white eyes, but I couldn't make out anthing else about it. I was thrown into the portal, and then it disapeared. But you're portal..it didn't, we can get back to the noral world through that. We just need to gear up, here, take this diamond chestplate." He throws me a diamond chestplate. I catch it, and put it on. "So...What are we going to do when we get back to the normal world?"

    "Sounds good to me." I say as we are walking towards the portal. "But say that again, I didn't quite understand it" He begins the plan again. "So, we want to stop the creepers, right?" "yea..." I say in response. "Then we have to assult their main base. But to get there, we must defeat the ender dragon, he has a key to the base. There are 3 keys. The ender dragon holds one, the wither holds another. The wither is loacated in a fotress in the nether. When we defeat the enderdragon, he are supposed to find a map." "IF we defeat the ender dragon" I fill in. "Well, yea, that fight alone will be very hard. But anyways, back to the plan. So, after we defeat the wither, We will have to come back here, and look for the sun boss. He's harder than both the ender dragon, and the wither combined. We can only beat him with strategy. So after we beat him, we will find the third key in a chest. From there on out, we will decide what to do. But for now...We have three bosses to destory." "Well...What are we wai-" I say just as I slip off the edge of the island. "Steve!! Catch this parachute! I will meat you down there!"

Chapter 4 - The Pit

Well...When will this fall end? We went into a big pit about an hour ago, and we are still falling. Some parts of my parachute are getting holes in them, but the parachute is still in tact, and working for me right now. "How much longer until we get to the bottom do you think?" I ask Steve. "Well...Let's see. " Steve picks up a rock from the wall, and throws it in. "Hmm...Wait for an echo, it will be half that amount of time." Ok...What to do in the mean time..."Want to play Rock Paper Sword?" I ask him. "Sure, on Sword. Rock, Paper Sword!" "Aww...You won Steve..." I do a little victory dance. "Yayah!" Wait..Wut... "Shush...I just heard the echo." He says. "Um...Steve...I don't think that was the echo...I think when you threw that rock...You awakend an army of silver fish." I get my sword ready. "Ready to fight?" I ask. "There has to be another way out of this, that many silver fish will just eat us alive." Maybe... "I know! Maybe, we can go the side of the wall, mine some stone, and look for iron. Craft blocks, and throw it at them." He says, with a grin suggesting it's a good plan. "Sounds good. On 3, we jump... 3!" We jump to the sides of  the wall, and start mining. STEVE ORIGONAL: "Ok...So lets look for some iron." I see some iron, I start to mine it. The ground shakes. "Ok..Not again..." "Steve! It's a trap!!" I start to run, I just barely make it to the wall, and I am still hanging off it... STEVE 2: Did he say something? Huh...I think I just heard him again. I will go see. As I walk towards the opening, the ground starts to shake, and I know imediatly what's happening. "Jump!" He  says. I jump and hook my picaxe onto the wall like he did. "Ok, Looks like we've got to throw the iron we have!" I say. "How much do you have? I have a stack and 64" I say "That's just two stacks...Not a stack and 64...Anyways, yea, I got 1." He responds. "One?!?!" I say surprised "Yea...heh...Anyways, place a crafting table below you and make the blocks!" After about 30 minutes I Finally finish. "Ok, throw them now?" I ask "Hell yea! Give them a piece of us!" Does he mean that literally? I grab a peice of my skin that got cut earlier, and just to make them think that we got killed, I throw it down with the blocks. "Should I use my lava too?" He asks me. "WHAT?!?! WE COULD HAVE JUST USED THAT!!!!" He could have just said he had lava :( "Hehe...I just noticed I had it, sorry." "Got any sand?" I ask. "A stack :I" He responds. "Great, you know what to do." He starts placing them.

     "Ok, so...Now that we are down, and the silver fish are dead...Where are we?" I ask. "Well...Looks like..." He looks around us. "Hmm...I would have to say a strong hold. So that is good. We made it here alive." Alive...Well, Not really...I fell down a 5000 Ft. Ravine, somehow got to the Aether, fell off that island as well, then fell into here. A lot of falling envolved, oh, and not to mention those blood thirsty silver fish who tried to eat us. They were bad too. "Great, so...Now to find the portal." "Luckley, I got an ender eye a few years ago, I have kept it in my inventory just incase something like this ever happend, I would never be able to forget it." He says. "Great! So...Throw it?" He does it a right as I say that. "This way," He tells me.

Chapter 5 - The Encounter

"...And just around this corner... Ahah! The portal!" "Wait...Why is it already activated...And I was expecting a trap...Wait...This could be a trap...Don't run straight up to the por-" I say as Steve jumps in. "Well," "Geramano!!!" (let me know if I spelled that wrong :\) Except I don't go in. Something catches me. "And where do you think you're going? You know you nee-" I stab the stranger with white eyes in the chest. He screams, pulls the sword out and charges for me. But I make it in the portal, and just before I leave, I break a block, so he can't get in. Instead, he falls in the lava. What a nice ending.  STRANGER'S POINT OF VEIW: So...Day 52452 of being Herobrine. I don't like this. She told me to guard the strong hold, but this is just boaring, the only thing going...Was that Steve who just jumped in that portal...He doesn't usually travel alone. I grab the kid who's trying to get in "Where do you thionk you're going? You know you nee-" OWWWWWW **** THAT HURT I pull the sword out of my chest, and I run for him. I am to late. He breaks the portal, and I fall into the lava. "Glurrgaphlermmphhhhh...." But to my surprise, I fall right through the lava into a cave...But something cought my eye right before I left...Jeb...Dinnerbone...And...Another Steve? "Hello...Herobrine..." I look behind me and I see the creator...or as I call him...The Destroyer...I lunge at him, but he types something on a keyboard and I freeze in mid-air.  "Ut a urvy svurkise" I say, my mouth frozen so I am un-able to speak. "Last time we met, you tried to kill me. Now let me tell you something. You are trying to leak into the real world. But you lack the code. Only Me and Jeb know how to do that. And Jeb may have told Dinnerbone by now.  None of you're coders know how to do that. And so you go to the end, hoping to find one of the legendary coders. Because I learned from someone. But instead, you find me. And you're dragon will find my friends. The dragon might die, it might not. But I know one thing for sure. You are going to be removed in the next update one way or another. " Uggh...Yea right, this guy talks a lot. Well...I guess I do too...But...I hate being frozen... "Ur e ioiu" Man...that sounded weird... "Yes, well, are you sure I'M the idiot, you're actuallly thinking you're plan will work. No. it will not. At least you have a small sense of humor..."

     BACK TO STEVE: "So we have to take out the dragon.  But...something tells me there is more to our plan...That if we succeed, we won't only help Minecraftia...but we will help some other world...I don't know what world...But I just think that this will happen...it's as if someone is telepathicly talking to me." Phhh...It's true. "Ahhh!!!" I scream "What?" "It's just...I think you're right...I'm starting to get them too" Well...You think you will win...HaHa! You are no match for me...You're quest involves much more than me though. So if  you DO get past me, you will not get past my bretheren. They are 2 times as strong as me. But I do have a plan...And you will perish if you even Try to fight me. mwaahahaha! "Bro, you got to work on you're evil laugh...that is just pathetic, it sounds like a dieing cat trying to lick a hairball." I mean...right? "You hearing this to Steve?" I ask "Yea...I think it's above us..." "THE DRAGON" We say at the same time. That's right you ants, I will crush you easily. And you won't even get a chance to return home. Or anthing and- No...Herobrine just died. MY MASTER, I HAVE FAILED TO PROTECT YOU...I AM SORRY.

     Hey, that hurt! Stop it right now you idiots! "No way. We will kill you one way. Not really another...There is only one way to kill you...WIth evil snowballs MWAAHAHAHA MUHAHAHAHA!" And you call MY evil laugh bad? "Hey, it's worse than mine! And plus-" This is hard, stalling a dragon while throwing snowballs at him, so that the original Steve can go up to him, and cut his head off. "We're gonna kill you." Say, where IS you're older friend? "He's taking out the crystals...I mean..." Haha...You really are stupid. I didn't think you would actually tell me. "Yea...But um...I have a question for you, it's really important." Yes? "Well...You see, the brouchure did not meantion a dragon, so I am really confused. Why are we fighting a dragon? Brochure? "Oh, yes, We were going on vacation...But, the brochure did not mention anything about this. Could you please explain to me?" A brochure? For the end? Tourists are comming? No! I can not afford them to get all their stinky little human feet on my end stone! I will start by killing you two. Then I will- "Nice job bro, we just killed the ender dragon." Steve says. "Yay! Now we have to...go kill the Wither, Phew...But I have a feeling that he will be a lot harder than this guy was. I mean, the bosses are probably in order. Hardest for last? If not, then the wither will be a peice of cake. And the sun god will be easier than we think, and then we can go home!" I yell, I'm kind of excited :3 "Unfortunatly, that is not the case. The wither will be slightly harder than this; The sun god...Well,  he is worse than both of these combined, and multiplyed by 600,000,000. He is really hard. That is why he is in the Aether. So peacful. Until you run into him. He is also only on ONE island, the doungeon is perfectly disguised into a mountain. But we find it: The island is more gold than the other islands. It has trees on it. But that is not what we are worrying about right now. Right now, we have to find the wither. And after we get all 3 keys. We will have to go to the creepers main base, and use the keys to light the TNT that the creepers are using to blow people up. Then, only THEN can we go home. But the journy home will be hard as well. There are still the monsters. And some creepers may still want revenge. This journey is the hardest ever taken."
