About Myself

I am Frances 'Fallout' Xavier, a 15-year-old Canadian male whom expresses himself through Minecraft in his building and writing. I've had an above-average IQ and shown it since I was in grade school, having a college-level reading score since 2nd grade. I'm not exactly one to fit in due to both my personal mannerisms as well as the ADD, dyslexia, OCD, and all that fun stuff.

I've been playing Minecraft since mid-alpha and I can proudly say I've never built a dirt cube house. During my Minecraft "lifetime" I've built many a good and bad thing, as well as gotten around and learned some valuable life lessons. I've gained some experience from the places I've been and the people I've meet. I honestly think that I have changed for the better because of it and I wouldn't change the way it's all turned out.

Prologue

First off, I just want to say thank you everyone who has supported me in my Minecraft career thus far and has cared and supported me. I know most reading this is saying "Oh God damn it, not another one of these people!" But I say what I mean, and it hasn't changed yet. It's because of those people that I'm here today. Considering I wouldn't be where or be who I am. For good or bad people have guided my path to this point in time, and it had a trillion chances to go any other way, but I wouldn't change it for the world.

"A Day Behind the Mask" is simply a phrase used to describe a behind the scenes look at a day of my life, on average. Considering I am Fallout based, NCR rangers wear gas masks. It could also be seen as the internet being my mask between the real world and this internet "realm". I'll leave that up to you to decide. Also, since this IS my first blog post on PMC, it'll likely be a large part about me and I got a lot of the ideas in this from what occurs in my life and my friends. I hope you enjoy, don't forget to provide feedback, diamonds, and top-hats!

Behind the Mask

I'm a busy guy, simple as that. I always tell people this when they ask me for help, and nobody seems to understand quite just how busy I am at any given time. A few might have even thought of the classical quote by Peter Gibbons from the movie Office Space: "I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual work." This is actually quite an inverted statement for me. I could say in a given week I only get fifteen minutes of real, actual relaxation time.

When it comes to stuff, I always have to be involved in something. Sadly, that means I can't have much free time. Even right now at this very moment I'm doing two spawn builds, co-owning PandemoniumPvE, as well as re-doing PPVE's website and ranking system. I am the "agent" (For lack of a better term) for a soon releasing mod-pack called Shizzle-Whizzle Craft and we need to fix the launcher before release. I'm also an admin for MineMango, as well as a moderator for TekkitCraft and aspiring king on TekkitCraft of the Teslallation Realm (140+ players).

In any given day, I wake up around 7:30-7:45 am. I then do all the morning things, such as showering, eating, getting dressed, and heading to school. Classes start at 8:50, so I carpool with a buddy at 8:30 (We live fairly close to the school). From there I go through all my classes and get out at roughly 3:30 or so. I head home, grab a snack (I eat lunch at basically 11:00), and do any homework I have.

Assuming I don't have any projects it takes me an hour and a half usually, if it's an average day. From there, I usually try to split any extra time I have into hours, an hour or two per each of my respective duties. Sadly, I might get caught up in a project and not have time for other ones. I usually end my day around 1 am, and repeat the cycle.

This doesn't even include any of my far and few between hours of actual, relaxing play time. For that matter, it doesn't even count all the PMC stuff I want to do and finish. Honestly, sometimes I wonder how I get myself into so much crap. I'm also currently trying to gain funding and support for a business idea of mine as well.

If you drew that picture, it's fantastic and I envy your talent. If you didn't...well, it's still a cool picture. But the Blog was great, and I'm glad to say I patiently (more or less) waited for it's arrival. It was very good, and turned out much better than my first blog. Great job, Fallout!

Haha, well this isn't TECHNICALLY my first blog. I have done writing in the past, simply not for PMC. I didn't actually draw this either. I'll track down the author and provide them proper credit.
