To Download the snapshot
download the minecraft.jar from the link above.
after that type in run or search %appdata%.
go into .minecraft,
then bin,
delete your current minecraft.jar and simply drag the downloaded one in.

Okay, so Mojang have added a new awesome feature for minecraft 1.5, the new item is a firework rocket. To craft a firework rocket you will need paper and gun powder.
