Game Wars.
Now, you may have seen my other blog; where I discuss Game wars, and how it lead to something even bigger. But I since I didn't really get to create the 'whole' blog based around Game Wars, and what it can do to people. I really feel like it should be addressed.
So let me begin.
Game Wars.
Game Wars can really affect, and annoy people. People, that like. Hmm, let me make something up here. CoD (Call of Duty.) may hate on a game like Halo, and Halo players may hate on a game like CoD. I'm not saying they do, but all you need for some proof is to switch to Youtube and type in 'Halo sucks, CoD is better.'
There are sometimes, many people that firmly support one game.
Same with the other, and then there's those that are in the middle, or even some that like the other game more but don't bother to 'point the finger' because we all have our different opinions.
I remember once at school, we had one day to 'not' where our Uniforms, and come as we pleased.
Me and my friend were in a sort of 'climbing area.' They call it the 'Adventure Play Ground.' So we will refer to it as that.
We were playing a game called 'Zombies.' Yes, yes, I know. Sounds corny but just bear with me.
We were hiding behind a blue climbing wall, my friend was faced the other way around revealing his Minecraft T-Shirt. And a few guys were behind us, and said. 'Hey.' I spun around, just expecting them to ask us to move at the way. Without asking, I proceeded to the side next to the hedge.
This was basically the conversation as we moved towards some ropes.
'Minecraft? Ha.'
'What?'
'Minecraft Sucks, Minecraft's a baby's game about Lego.'
As soon as he said that I turned around, a ginger-haired guy, a guy with short hair, and another guy with brown hair.
'Yeah.'
I knew I'd eventually come face to face with some guys like this, fair enough if they didn't like the game. Just don't go creating an argument.
'How's Minecraft a baby's game exactly?'
'Fifa's better.'
'Minecraft's not a baby's game. Go back to your game of kicking a ball around.' (Not to offend anyone, it was the best I could come up with.)
Then the argument continued for about five minutes, it was totally pointless and could've been avoided; then they said the couple most stupid lines any Human could come up with.
'Fifa can help you become better at Football!'
'Is your hand aching yet?'
'No! How's Minecraft supposed to help you become a better footballer!'
At that point, this guy deserved to be slapped with a shoe in the face, I didn't know what to say. It looked like this guy's stupidity was over 9000.
See, game wars are pointless. You don't get anything out of it, so next time you come face to face with a person like that. Whether he's saying, Fifa Sucks, Minecraft's rules! Or even the other way round. Walk away, you'll know you're that bigger person.
