This is a mountain that i found it is completely natural i have not messed with it at all. And if you look at at this angle it looks like a thumb. Kind of like in the movie/book Holes, but in Minecraft. Now if you look at from other angles it looks like other fingers. But this is the only one that has true symbolic importance so its the only one marked off.
