good free/cheep video recorder

Ok I need some one to tell me a good free/cheep recording thing so i can make better videos and maybe do mod reviews. I know of FRAPS but that one is pricey and it looks laggy and bandy cam is good but i want to know if the full one and record audio. So tell me a good one that is kinda cheep sooooo.

how about camtasia? It is a great recording station with a free trial of a month. It takes Very high-quality videos and can be used on a mac, linux, or windows comp. Try it out!

Well I got fraps as you saw on my other blog and I use a Bluetooth head set for my audio
