How do you make an HD minecraft skin?

This not an actual blog. Hewo everyone! So this is actually a question--Where and how do you make HD Minecraft skins? Im still learning on how to make new skins with cute eyes and etc. Please tell me in the comments on how and where to make HD Minecraft skins! Thx! :)

As a second fact: HD skins are more for bedrock. Java doesn't allow such detailed skins from far I know

Hiya!

You can make HD Minecraft skins by going into the PMC editor, clicking on new skin, and when the menu thing pops up, it has a check box that says "HD skin" and all you have to do is click it, and it will be an HD skin when you start!
