These are the steps to be a good, strong, fair admin. But also, a little stretchy to the rules.

#1 Follow The Rules, But Also be Flexible. Listen to Their Side of The Story. Not Just Yours.

#2 Someones Been Griefed? Find The Griefer Useing a Sensible Strategy. Then Either Ban The Griefer, or Kick Them For a Few Minutes Depending on The Griefing Job.

#3 Oh Noez! A Hacker! Remember, Don't Panic. Ban Them Immediately!

#4 Woah, Lots of People Have Joined in a HUGE Group! Its Most Likely a Greifing/Raiding/Hacking Team. First of All, Don't Ban Them Right Away. Have a Conversation Like This...

Hacker: Can I be OP?

You: I'm Sorry... What Did You Say???

Hacker: I'd Like to be OP!

You: Hmmm.... Whats Your Reason?

Hacker:

You: Oops, Nothing Showed up on the Screen! Say it Again.

Hacker: You Know, I'll... Never Mind.

Hacker Has Left The Game!

Thats How The Conversation Will And Should Most Likely go. The Reasons May Vary, Which is Why I Said Instead of an Actual Reason. Back to The Regular Steps...
