Hello Guys! I have some experience in bad staff at my server..... So I want you to beware of griefers, hackers and other abusers of their power.
Tip 1: DON'T rank up people from PMChat at once, possible griefers
Tip 2: People who says that they are from PMC to review your server. They will ask for OP.
Tip 3: People who has a story as a griefer
Tip 4: People who is being rude to everyone but no the higher rank(To get rank)
Tip 5: People who is listed at MCBans. Depends on what ban reason they have
Tip 6: People who just joined and ask for ranks. Depends of you know him/her
Tip 7: SessionStealer...... Beware
Tip 8: People who answer at you " NEED STAFF" apps. Not everyone is bad though
Tip 9: People who ask for a trial at OP
Tip 10: People who you met before on a different server, and disrespected people.
