Alright, so after I had a ahem minor incident with blindly clicking 'Accept' to everything whilst downloading Optifine (don't do that please I beg you), I decided to make this quick guide on how to make a stronger password.

Method 1 (More Secure)
This video demonstrates how we should stop memorizing our passwords all together. The only password you will have to remember with this software is your master password, which can be a combination of easy to remember passwords that make a really long one that'd take centuries to hack.
Forming a master password
Alright, it is surprisingly easy to make a insanely secure password. First, we need to make it unique.

"However, this gives the frequency of letters in English text, which is dominated by a relatively small number of common words. For word games, it is often the frequency of letters in English vocabulary, regardless of word frequency, which is of more interest. We did an analysis of the letters occurring in the words listed in the main entries of the Concise Oxford Dictionary (11th edition revised, 2004) and came up with the following table:
E11.1607%56.88M3.0129%15.36
A8.4966%43.31H3.0034%15.31
R7.5809%38.64G2.4705%12.59
I7.5448%38.45B2.0720%10.56
O7.1635%36.51F1.8121%9.24
T6.9509%35.43Y1.7779%9.06
N6.6544%33.92W1.2899%6.57
S5.7351%29.23K1.1016%5.61
L5.4893%27.98V1.0074%5.13
C4.5388%23.13X0.2902%1.48
U3.6308%18.51Z0.2722%1.39
D3.3844%17.25J0.1965%1.00
P3.1671%16.14Q0.1962%(1)

The third column represents proportions, taking the least common letter (q) as equal to 1. The letter E is over 56 times more common than Q in forming individual English words." -Sourced from Oxford Dictionary

As you have probably guessed because you are not brain dead is that to make a strong password we should use the least commonly used letters. But how do we make it easy to remember? Like this:

QJQJZYZY

Close your browser and come back in five minutes. See if you can remember it. You back? Alright, that was easy. Now try this.

QJQJZYZYqjzy

Still easy enough? Now add in some numbers and symbols.

QJQJZYZYqjzy1908

Still easy to remember?

QJZYQJZYqj19zy08*

Yep. According to multiple tests I ran this password through, it would take centuries to crack. Obviously you probably shouldn't use this exact password since it does appear online literally right here, but you get the point. Although some of us have the memory of goldfish, and for that we have this method:

Take a word that is easy to remember, like the word Remember.

Remember

Put a number after it.

Remember9

Put another word after it.

Remember9me

Put a number after that word.

Remember9me8

Put a word in all caps after that.

Remember9me8PLEASE

Add some symbols after the numbers.

Remember9*me8#PLEASE

If you struggle to remember the symbols, just use one of the least commonly used letters.

Remember9Qme8ZPLEASE

Yet again, in theory, this would take centuries to crack.

So that is a quick guide on how to form a good password. Oh and here's some obvious internet safety nonsense.
Nonsense
Alright, so first of all, you should know how much fog you should hide yourself in. Telling someone what timezone you're in is alright, but don't tell them your town or street. Telling someone you live in 'Murica is also fine. Remember that the staff of PMC or any other valid website for that matter will never ask for your password. If someone asks for your age, just say "I am 67.": watching them call you fake is entertaining (Don't do that just say "Rather not say"). Don't give strangers your phone number for obvious reasons. When at a internet cafe or McDonald's, don't log into your bank account or anything like that: I highly doubt someone is going to try and hack your PMC account, but just to be safe I suggest changing your password once every month or whenever you feel threatened. If someone wants to see your face, either say "No" or (preferred) send them pictures of your dog or just send them "Look at this dude" memes. If they pressure you just block them, don't worry about their feelings because they obviously don't care about yours. If someone links you to a website, you're probably fine but just make sure you have proper anti-virus at all times. Same with images, no point being paranoid, just remain cautious. It's typically harder to hide files in a image (Trust me, I tried to Rick Roll someone and I gave up after around three hours), but be careful with downloads from people you don't know. People are crazy: back in my grandma's day she would just be washing the laundry while her son walked to and from school. Do that nowadays and I assure you on one somewhat unlucky day you'd be shot or worse.
So that's my magical guide on how to not get hacked. Oh wait I should probably direct you to some good anti-virus as well (none of this is sponsored in case you're wondering) Here is malwarebytes, which has done me some good. The free trial is good for when you know you have malware and need it removed, but paid offers more protection. I personally like this one because it's somewhat cheap and does it job without being too complicated. I also use Avast, easy to use but with the slightest bit more impact on your wallet. By slightly I mean like almost double the price of Malwarebytes but it's also seemed to be a solid bit better at it's job, so this is down to preference.
CreditOxford for the data.

You should create a password with unarranged alphabets, numbers, and special characters.

Or just 1) make a passphrase or 2) write down 10 random characters and symbols on a piece of paper, because unless you're worried about someone breaking into your house to figure out your password, (and you don't lose it) it's secure, and then just make it your password. If you don't need to memorize it...

By the way, if you're worried about that, you should also hide everything from Google in every way possible (privacy matters. security without privacy is like having a house made completely of bulletproof glass...) (starting with not using Google search engine... by the way duckduckgo.com is good for that)

But, none of that matters.

"Also according to The Guardian's Glenn Greenwald even low-level NSA
analysts are allowed to search and listen to the communications of
Americans and other people without court approval and supervision.
Greenwald said low level Analysts can, via systems like PRISM, "listen
to whatever emails they want, whatever telephone calls, browsing
histories, Microsoft Word documents.[30] And it's all done with no need to go to a court, with no need to even get supervisor approval on the part of the analyst."[44]

He added that the NSA databank, with its years of collected
communications, allows analysts to search that database and listen "to
the calls or read the emails of everything that the NSA has stored, or
look at the browsing histories or Google search terms that you've
entered, and it also alerts them to any further activity that people
connected to that email address or that IP address do in the future."[44] Greenwald was referring in the context of the foregoing quotes to the NSA program X-Keyscore.[45]"

"The New York Times editorial board charged that the Obama administration "has now lost all credibility on this issue,"[126]
and lamented that "for years, members of Congress ignored evidence that
domestic intelligence-gathering had grown beyond their control, and,
even now, few seem disturbed to learn that every detail about the
public's calling and texting habits now reside in a N.S.A. database."[127] It wrote with respect to the FISA-Court
in context of PRISM that it is "a perversion of the American justice
system" when "judicial secrecy is coupled with a one-sided presentation
of the issues."[128]
According to the New York Times, "the result is a court whose reach is
expanding far beyond its original mandate and without any substantive
check."[128]"
