Okay, so what you're gonna do, is once you get the folder after downloading it, go to mine craft and click on the open resource pack folder. Now you're gonna go to your downloads and drag the file out of downloads onto the home dashboard screen. Now open your resource pack folder, and drag the file into the opened folder. Viola. Enjoy your new Texture pack.
