Making this kind of door is actually very easy, there are only a few steps
1. Place 2 pressure plates side by side in front of where the door will be
2. Place redstone torches on the side of the blocks with the pressure plates on them.
3. Place the Pistons, and wire them the way shown in the picture
4. Place the blocks you want to use as a blocker, and your door is ready to be used
The way shown is a 1 way circuit, which could be useful for traps. I used to be able to wire it to open both ways, but I forgot how to do that a couple months back, however if anyone requests it Ill do my best to figure out how to wire it both ways.
