first you get command blocks and do /effect command on them with 1 3 5 6 8 10 11 12 13 16 and do them to 100 and do it for 1000000 sec.

here is how you do the command you do /effect (player name or on command blocks @p) 1 1000000 100 so have fun and remember do the effects 1 3 5 6 8 10 11 12 13 16 so have fun with it.
