ok i have seen lots of newbs on this site and there are LOTS of them here are the clues by telling there newbs
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.If they have the default picture steve and never change it
2.if they joined the pmc site long time ago and never post anything
3.No affords on submisson(skin,project,texturepack,ETC....)
4.They go on chat asking how to post submissions
5.They be lvl 1 for like 1 year
6.they copy people stuff and then try and change few details.
7. beg/trade for subs!!
