I cant play mine craft! I am as sad as a creeper.

Idk why but as soon as I start playing any single player world my laptop freezes and shuts off. Any help? Oh yeah WE HAVE FIREWORKS CAUSE OF SNAPSHOTS!!! YAY!! but I cant use snapshots cause minecraft is mean. HELP! PLEASE. fireworks. awesome. yum. cake. ice cream. awesome people. sub. diamond. view (too late!) I have force updated and nothing. I can only play servers.
