How did you find PMC?
I'm not sure how I found it, but I saw a post on the hermitcraft reddit once, by ElvenJedi who had made some fanskins of some hermits. There was a link to the PMC, and I looked at it and, well decided I wanted to try skinning (i had tried it a couple years before, but i didn't make an account and i only made like 2 for myself)
then I think i made an account maybe a week later and uploaded a skin there haha
Has anyone inspired you skin style?
Yes definitely, in the beginning it was mostly ElvenJedi, and I watched lots of their tutorials on skinning, and because I was new, I kinda stuck to that for a while. But then I decided to create a skindex account, and i began to be way more active in the community, and after a while i found a couple users that I was very inspired by. Firstly, it was rhys, who has had very many different names, i think it was first puddle and now daxterflaxter?), and i was mostly inspired by the colours and how the blue was used in the shadows
i am also generally inspired by everlune on skindex, bluetatu and crayne
Whats encouraged you to never give up?
mostly the fact that i really enjoy skinning, and i learn a lot from it. It is kinda hard to balance it with school and life in general, so ofc it's a side hobby, but I still think that i manage to do it well. I also feel like i have to, because i guess i put too much weight on my shoulders most of the time, and feel i have to just bear with it.
but again, it is because i really enjoy it!
