you get XP to post things XP is higer level. if you have a high rank people go click on the post. if you are a lvl 1 player NOONE go subscribe/watch you because they only watch the great one's.

It isn't hard of itself. The hardest part is getting noticed, then tere is getting popular. You've got to play to your strenghts while at the same time providing something the public wants. Disco got big by creating fully automated Minigames that are extremley fun.
Hypixel and Circleight got big by creating amazing builds. This is one of the harder parts, as there is loads of competition. I have seen many awesome creations wich had less diamonds than some silly blog. that's because people have seen it all before. I find myself often looking at creations like: 'meh, nothing special.', while a while ago I would have been smashed into the ceiling by my jaw dropping so hard, thats how good they were. the trick is do be amazing in a different way.
