This is to change the size of how the GIF looks in its final outcome!
To change size move the blue button around the bar, the size is based on pixels!
This is to change the speed of your GIF, you can make it move slow or fast!
To change speed move the blue button around the bar!
This is to change how much times it will show the GIF,f or instance if someone doesn't want to see it for a long time just change how much times it repeats itself!
To change the repeat times, change the number from 0 (infinite loop) to how much times it will repeat itself!.
This is to add music (audio) to your GIF from a youtube video!
Put the youtube video URL and when it will begin(time in seconds)!
1.Make Your Paint.Net/Microsoft Backrounds(And Save It)

5.Customize If Wanted
